** competitive salary of £12.71 per hour.
** In the future there may be a requirement to work on a Thursday, 8:30-16:30

Age Concern Hampshire is an independent Registered Charity, which has been passionate about supporting older people since 1985. We are committed to excellence by providing the best possible support and care to enable older people to live as independently as they can to make the most of their ageing journey. Our Care and Wellbeing Centres specialise in supporting people who require extra assistance due to their physical or mental health needs.

As well as the practical things like help at meal times, bathing and personal care, we provide a caring and safe environment where older people can make friends and have fun!

Responsibilities
** The main responsibilities of the Assistant Day Care Centre Manager role include:
*** Ensure the smooth and effective running of meaningful services for our clients and their carers;
* Assist with the planning and delivery of wellbeing and day services in accordance with service contracts;
* Manage and support a team of staff within the ;
* Drive performance, quality of service, cost of delivery, and compliance initiatives;
* Identify and drive new opportunities within the area;
* Input into reports on service delivery, including outcomes to clients and carers.
