We are recruiting a committed and resilient 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support students aged 11-16 within a specialist alternative provision setting.
This is a full-time role with an immediate start
, working 8.30am to 4pm
, Monday to Friday.

Students present with a range of needs, including:
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Behavioural challenges linked to trauma or anxiety, Disengagement from mainstream education and Additional needs such as ADHD and communication difficulties
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school day
- Support emotional regulation, behaviour and engagement
- Assist with learning activities and alternative curricula
- Build positive, trusting relationships with students
- Experience in SEMH or alternative provision is highly desirable
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the school's location
