RN Supervisor

What You’ll Do

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well‑being of our residents. You will oversee facility operations, maintain safety and cleanliness, and ensure compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high‑quality care delivery.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.

What You’ll Bring
  • Valid state nursing license.
  • Advanced degree or certification preferred.
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a long‑term care setting preferred.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
  • Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill with the ability to work with both.
  • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
