LOCATION: Jal, NM

CONTEXT: Our client, a midstream water services company, is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Transportation Coordinator to support the daily logistics and scheduling of fleet operations. This role is key in ensuring that transportation runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience working in transportation or logistics environments and will be comfortable managing day-to-day coordination with minimal supervision.

• Monitor, schedule, and dispatch drivers to meet daily operational needs.
• Track fleet availability and vehicle status to ensure timely maintenance and safe operations.
• Review driver logs, hours of service, and documentation to support DOT compliance.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and field managers to keep schedules aligned and operations flowing.
• Assist with updating transportation plans, schedules, and reports as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment by supporting safety practices and policies.
• Support special projects and additional tasks as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in transportation coordination, dispatch, or a related logistics role.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with teams in fast-moving environments.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules when needed.

$70,000-$80,000 per year
