Join our mission to empower Kewa Youth!Santo Domingo Pueblo is seeking a dedicated Workforce Development Coordinator to lead the next generation of our community toward professional success. This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to drive holistic student outcomes by linking academic success with real‑world career readiness. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our Summer Enrichment Internship Program (SEIP), which provides critical hands‑on experience for 60 interns.

The Workforce Development Coordinator is responsible for the design, delivery, and management of career‑readiness initiatives for Santo Domingo Pueblo youth. This role focuses on workforce preparation to ensure students are ready for their next step, whether that be higher education, technical certification, or immediate career entry. Additionally, the Coordinator provides vital supplemental support to Internship Coordinators to ensure the success of the Summer Enrichment Internship Program.
Minimum Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent, with minimum of 2 years' experience working with youth and/or tribal communities.
- May include extended working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and must be insurable through the Santo Domingo Tribe's Liability insurance plan.
- Must be able to satisfactorily pass a background check, drug screen and fingerprint check.
- Must work well with others.
- Must be outgoing and people oriented.
