Maintenance Worker

Pay: $20.82 per hour

Work schedule:

Full‑time, Monday – Friday

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment and buildings.
• Assist with technical trades such as plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry.
• Maintain structures, electrical systems, heating, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning.
• Replace faulty light fixtures, outlets, fuses.
• Perform minor construction and repair of structural woodwork.
• Install security locks, cameras.
• Perform plumbing fixtures, seals replacement.
• Prepare surfaces for finishing, painting.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks of buildings and equipment.
• Provide on‑call support for equipment malfunctions.
• Coordinate work of inmates assisting maintenance department.
• Monitor tool inventory.

Providing cleaning, transportation, moving of equipment as needed, and other duties within scope of work determined by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years related experience required.
• Valid driver’s license in New Mexico or Texas with acceptable driving record.
