Hourly, Non-Exempt position responsible for performing maintenance and installation of oilfield equipment on location. Supervises roustabout hands and provides day-to-day direction and training. Duties include building tank batteries, wellhead tie-ins, fences, changing heaters, cleaning locations, and transporting oilfield equipment. Must be knowledgeable in heaters, separators, general oilfield maintenance, troubleshooting of horizontal batteries, and repair of line leaks. Requires a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to pass a drug test.

• Paperwork – Complete all required paperwork promptly, including new hire documents, benefits forms, work orders, and safety paperwork.
• Timekeeping – Accurately track time by clocking in/out and entering ticket numbers; promptly notify supervisor if a punch is missed.

• Zero Tolerance Workplace – Comply with all drug and alcohol policies; a positive test results in immediate termination.
• Safe Driving – Practice safe and responsible driving at all times while representing Warrior Technologies.
• Safety Training – Complete all required safety training in a timely manner.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – Wear all issued PPE as required by tasks and customer requirements.
• Accident Reporting – Immediately report all accidents, incidents, and near-misses to supervisor.

• Lead and supervise a team of roustabout laborers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Prepare and document daily work tickets detailing tasks completed, materials used, and associated costs.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety while working in potentially hazardous environments.
• Secure and transport equipment in accordance with company policies and Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). and perform maintenance on oil and produced water tanks, including tasks requiring confined space entry.
• Excavate and prepare pits and lines as needed for operations. Install, maintain, and repair piping, valves, pumps, and motors to ensure optimal functionality.
• Perform pipeline installation and repairs to maintain operational efficiency. Conduct access road upkeep and maintenance to ensure safe and reliable site access.
• Perform site cleanup, including oil spill remediation and general housekeeping, to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support the overall safety and hazard prevention efforts of the workplace. Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support operational needs.
• Work a rotating schedule that includes weekends and requires availability for late hours and overtime as needed.
