Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, drivers, and employees by following site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies.;
Control entry and exit at gates, lobbies, and/or dock areas by verifying identification and issuing visitor credentials.;
Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems; report irregular activity and deter unauthorized entry.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including dispatching resources and documenting actions taken.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify security-related concerns and complete reports.
