Your day as a Business Development ConsultantAs a Full-Time Business Development Consultant at Phil Long Ford of Raton, you will play a crucial role in driving our customer engagement efforts. Your responsibilities will include responding promptly to internet, phone, and third-party leads regarding vehicle sales and service inquiries, ensuring every potential customer feels valued and informed. You will initiate contact through phone calls, emails, and text messages, providing essential information and scheduling appointments for customers to visit our dealership.
Additionally, you will follow up with those who have submitted inquiries but have yet to visit, maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
