What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Oversee sales directly to end-users of the employer’s products or services for the State, Local, and Higher Education (SLED) in the Western US
  • Manage a team of Account Managers, conducting performance evaluations and providing guidance
  • Develop sales strategies and forecasts, ensuring alignment with the region’s sales objectives
  • Cultivate relationships with key channel partners and enterprise customers, monitoring metrics to meet sales goals
  • Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of sales in accordance with company policy
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university
  • 10+ years of experience selling complex infrastructure hardware and/or software products to U.S. Federal Government Civilian Agencies
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience managing a remote field direct/channel sales organization
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding quarterly quotas
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Experience selling solutions and hardware through multiple channels and integrators
  • History of working in a fast-paced and pressure-filled environment
  • Reputation for integrity, honesty, and professionalism towards customers and employees
  • Ability to work outside normal hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
