Position Overview

We’re hiring Call Center Sales Representatives who are confident, driven, and ready to make an impact. If you have a passion for sales and helping people find the right solutions, and you thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Promote and sell products or services tailored to customer needs
  • Handle objections and close sales effectively
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Follow up on leads and respond to customer inquiries
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and offerings
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
  • Previous sales or telemarketing experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary, required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will also regularly operate office equipment including a phone, copier, and printer, and may occasionally move objects up to forty (40) pounds.
