What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Close sales of business solutions with merchants in the assigned area
  • Schedule and conduct appointments with business owners, utilizing networking and referral partnerships
  • Maintain client records and interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Achieve production requirements and secure quotas through effective prospecting and client engagement
  • Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions with leadership for ongoing support and development
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites regularly
  • Ability to spend a minimum of 75% of time in the field
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least two years of relevant experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Knowledge of the restaurant and/or retail industry
  • Strong prospecting, communication, and networking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • High sense of urgency and sales‑driven attitude
  • Previous experience in incentive‑driven sales environments
