Overview

At Xplor, we provide cloud‑based technology solutions for small and medium businesses. Our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team offers payment processing solutions.

• Go door‑to‑door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long‑term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.

• Uncapped commission – top reps earn $100K+ annually.
• Residual income – paid monthly on active accounts.

• A natural communicator and closer.
• Comfortable with face‑to‑face selling.
• Resilient, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented.
• Experienced in sales (door‑to‑door, merchant services, or similar preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Can work well independently and as part of a team.
• Self‑source leads through prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking (hunter mentality).
