- 9436 Vulcan Rd Bldg 9436 [Restaurant Supervisor] As an Assistant Dining Facility Manager at Blackstone Consulting, Inc., you'll:
Be responsible for assisting in overseeing the daily operations of the DFAC;
Physically inspect all dining facilities on a scheduled basis;
Establish and maintain a close working relationship with customers, supervisors and employees;
Maintain budget controls for inventory, supplies, equipment ordering, and labor cost;
Ensure work schedules is in accordance with contract requirements;
Contribute input for the food ordering process.
