Barback MUMH Restaurant – Legends Global (Position posted until 11/12 or until filled)

Pay: $18.81 hourly – Part‑time seasonal. Eligible for 401(k) and Colorado Sick Leave.

• Stock bar items daily and fill ice bins as needed.
• Anticipate bar needs throughout the shift.
• Assist in keeping all areas clean and organized; complete assigned bar‑closing duties.
• Report to work on time and be prepared to start at the scheduled start time.
• Run food for bar patrons as required.
• Abide by operating standards outlined in the policy and procedure manual.
• Ensure prompt, quality service is provided.
• Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required from time to time.

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to interact with co‑workers to ensure compliance with company service standards.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10–30 pounds; occasionally 50 pounds.
• Availability to work all sporting events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Mobility sufficient to perform assigned production tasks such as constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
• Two to three years of experience working in a fast‑paced bar, high‑end club, or restaurant.

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company‑wide safety training and any additional job‑specific safety training.
