Summary
The Starbucks Clerk is responsible for guest relations and satisfaction. He/She will serve guests in the Starbucks Kiosk and dining areas, maintain the station during shifts, and properly close down the station.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests upon entry
• Provide quick, sincere guest service
• Keep station clean and organized
• Learn and know recipes and proper product portioning
• Maintain adequate product supply and proper temperatures
• Perform proper closedown procedures
• Ensure food safety and sanitation
• Speak politely with guests
• Perform other duties as required by management

Key Requirements

• Lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for long periods (up to 4 hours)
• Perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, lifting, climbing, standing, and walking
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain current Food Safety certification
• Work well as part of a team
