Assistant Manager

Overview

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations with a focus on exceptional guest service and operational standards.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff while managing team relations.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant.

• Minimum 1 year experience as an Assistant Manager in high‑volume food service concepts.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays (closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and possession of all state and federal documents required by law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making skills, results‑oriented and customer‑service focused.
