We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) for a 13-week travel assignment. The RNFA will assist surgeons during procedures, particularly orthopedic and robotic surgeries
, while also performing circulator responsibilities when required. This role requires a highly skilled RNFA with strong operating room experience and the ability to support surgical teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide first assist support to surgeons during surgical procedures
  .
• Assist with robotic and orthopedic surgeries in the operating room.
• Perform circulating nurse responsibilities when needed.
• Prepare surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile fields.
• Monitor patient safety throughout surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to ensure efficient procedures.
• Participate in on-call coverage for first assist responsibilities
  .

• RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant) experience required.
• Strong orthopedic surgery experience required.
• Robotic surgery experience required.
• Experience assisting with C-sections preferred

• Ability to perform both first assist and circulator duties

• BLS (AHA) – Required
• ACLS (AHA) – Required
• PALS (AHA) – Required
