Seven Healthcare is pleased to present a travel opportunity for a Registered Nurse in an Oncology unit in Santa Fe, NM. This 13-week night shift contract (3x12-hour shifts) offers a competitive weekly blended rate of $2,350. It's ideal for RNs skilled in oncology care, including chemotherapy administration, symptom management, and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse
Deliver direct nursing care to oncology patients undergoing treatment or palliative care.
Administer chemotherapy and manage side effects (if certified).
Monitor patient responses to therapy and adjust care plans accordingly.
Provide education and emotional support to patients and families.
Collaborate with oncologists, palliative care teams, and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
Requirements of the Travel Nurse
Active New Mexico RN license (or compact eligible).
Current BLS certification; ONS chemotherapy certification strongly preferred.
Minimum 2 years' recent oncology nursing experience.
Strong skills in IV therapy, patient monitoring, and symptom management.
Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure.
Comfortable working night shifts in a hospital oncology unit.
