As a vital part of our team, you will perform comprehensive general medical assessments and provide compassionate care, working on a PRN basis with day shifts. Your expertise will help ensure that veterans receive timely and thorough evaluations, supporting their health and wellbeing.

Required Skills:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of New Mexico
• Proven experience in general medicine or related fields
• Strong assessment & diagnostic skills in adult medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adhere to clinical protocols

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience with veteran healthcare services
• Certification in advanced patient assessment techniques
• Bilingual abilities, particularly Spanish, are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• At least 2 years of clinical practice as a Nurse Practitioner
• Prior experience in primary care, urgent care, or outpatient settings

Other Requirements:

• Compliance with all state licensing and certification standards
• Ability to work days on a PRN schedule, with flexibility in shifts
• Must have own transportation and access to a suitable private office
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

This role offers an hourly pay rate of $402.00, working days on a PRN basis starting December 31, 2025. You will be supported by a dedicated team committed to your success, with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical benefits, and paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws. Travel reimbursement and licensure expenses are also provided when applicable.
