Diverse Case Mix:
Gain valuable experience in a variety of surgical settings, including endoscopy, obstetrics & gynecology, pediatrics, general surgery, vascular surgery, orthopedics, ENT, acute pain management, and outpatient procedures. Work-Life Balance:
Maintain a healthy work-life balance with daytime operating room hours (7 am to 3 pm) and predictable call coverage (every 3rd night). Collaborative Environment:
Work within a supportive team of 4 experienced CRNAs in a 3-OR facility utilizing the Med Axion electronic medical record system. Competitive Compensation and Benefits:

Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures, including endoscopy, obstetrics & gynecology, pediatrics, general surgery, vascular surgery, orthopedics, ENT, pain management, and outpatient procedures. Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Perform spinal anesthesia, nerve blocks, and epidural procedures with proficiency. Maintain accurate case logs and documentation. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in anesthesia practices and patient care.

Qualifications:

Current national certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Active New Mexico state licensure. Current DEA registration and Controlled Substances Registration (CSR). Minimum two years of experience in a hospital setting providing anesthesia services. Proficient in performing spinal anesthesia, nerve blocks, and epidural procedures. Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care. Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or comply with state exemption requirements.
