Job Description

The Building Maintenance Manager is a full-time leadership position responsible for the overall care, safety, and functionality of Glorieta’s facilities. This role is first and foremost a people‑manager and team leader, charged with developing, supporting, and holding accountable a maintenance team that serves guests, staff, and the mission of Glorieta with excellence.

This role requires someone who enjoys developing people just as much as solving facility problems. Candidates who prefer independent work over team leadership may find this role challenging.

The Maintenance Manager provides strategic direction, operational oversight, and hands‑on leadership to ensure camp facilities are safe, well‑maintained, and distraction‑free so that ministry can flourish. One's team should exceed guest expectations of the overall appearance and ambiance of camp.
