General Maintenance

Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa – located between the Rio Grande and the Sandia Mountains.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure facilities and equipment remain in good working condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and emergency situations.
• Inspect resort areas regularly and report safety hazards or maintenance needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and equipment.
• Follow all Hyatt brand standards, safety procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Work collaboratively with Housekeeping and other departments.

• A minimum of one year building maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred.
• Good customer skills are also required.
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
