The Supply Chain Director will be responsible for leading the entire strategy, operations, and optimization of supply chain activities in Brazil, encompassing supply planning, sourcing, warehousing, distribution, and end-to-end delivery. The Director will act as a key link between BSAM and local teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational excellence, and inside sales.

• Supply Planning & Sourcing:
  Lead the demand and supply planning process for the region, ensuring a balance between product availability, inventory levels, and operating costs.
• Coordinate local and international sourcing strategies, evaluating sources and performance.
• Manage logistics and people cost budget.
• Work with commercial and manufacturing departments to ensure accurate demand forecasting and supply capacity.
• Work with manufacturing departments to provide production plan within agreed control points to meet customer demand.
• Coordinate distribution centers, regional transportation, last mile, and reverse logistics.
• Implement and monitor operational KPIs such as OTIF (On Time In Full), Lead Time, Logistics Cost (% of Revenue), among others.
• Lead logistics digitalization and automation projects (e.g., TMS, WMS, real-time visibility, predictive analytics).
• Ensure the safety, sustainability, and compliance of logistics operations.
• Interface with the International Logistics department.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields.
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain, International Logistics, or Operations Management (desirable).

• Technical skills: SAP (intermediate), Macros, Excel, Power BI.
• Minimum 10 to 15 years in leadership positions in logistics or supply chain, with a regional scope (South America).
• Experience in complex multinational operations and diverse regulatory environments.
• Experience in logistics transformation, automation, and cost-efficiency projects.
• Strong analytical and data-driven skills.
• Strategic leadership and ability to manage multicultural and geographically distributed teams.
• Ability to negotiate and manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Business vision integrated into the value chain (from supplier to end customer).
• Experience with tire products, knowledge of measures, SKU, patterns.
• Experience in logistics or other supply chain areas.
