Nietas, Inc. is seeking a hands-on
* IT Systems Administrator & Business Applications Manager
* to support and stabilize our technology, ERP, and operational systems. This role is critical to day-to-day manufacturing, inventory, accounting, and administrative operations and works closely with leadership, finance, and operations.
This is
* not* a basic help-desk role. You will own systems, solve problems, and help improve how the business runs.
* Key Responsibilities
* * Administer
* Microsoft 365* (email, users, Teams, SharePoint, security)
* Support ERP and warehouse operations
* Maintain yard, inventory, and production tracking tools
* Ensure the IT infrastructure operates and supports the needs of the business
* Support accounting, timekeeping, and job-costing systems
* Troubleshoot printers, devices, file access, and local IT issues
* Extract data (SQL/CSV/Excel) and deliver operational reports
* Coordinate with vendors and consultants (ERP, accounting, manufacturing software)
* Document systems, procedures, and workflows for internal use
* Required Skills & Experience
* * Experience administering
* Microsoft 365
* * Working knowledge of
* ERP systems
* * Strong Excel skills; ability to work with data exports
* Comfort supporting accounting and timekeeping workflows
* Ability to troubleshoot hardware and application issues independently
* Strong documentation and communication skills
* Preferred Experience
* xrlwcon
* Epicor Bis Track experience
* Manufacturing, yard, or inventory systems
* Quick Books or Intuit Enterprise Suite support
* SQL or advanced reporting experience
