About the OpportunityEPL Group is looking for a high-performing MBA student to work directly with leadership across strategy, venture building, investor materials, and market intelligence.
This role is ideal for candidates seeking real exposure to venture creation, capital strategy, and executive-level decision-making rather than a traditional internship structure.
What You’ll Work On StrategySupport strategic initiatives, partnerships, and growth projects.
- Build executive-ready decks, strategy briefs, and decision memos
- Track priority initiatives and drive execution follow-ups
Support venture creation from idea validation → MVP → early GTM.
- Help build venture launch playbooks and KPI dashboards
- Help structure venture evaluation frameworks and tracking systems
Conduct market mapping and sector deep dives.
- Build competitive landscapes and positioning analysis
- Support ICP definition and customer research
- Create market snapshot slides for investors and IC materials
- Help structure data rooms and investment narratives
- Prepare investor briefing notes and post-meeting summaries Deal & Pipeline Exposure
- Assist with IC-style memos and market validation work
- Strong structured thinking + strong slide writing ability
- Solid research and synthesis skills
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Bonus: consulting, VC, PE, IB, startup, or venture studio exposure
- PowerPoint / Google Slides
• Excel / Sheets
• Notion / Airtable
• CRM tools - Exposure to Pitch Book / Crunchbase / market research sources is a plus
- Hands-on investor materials and market research experience
- Executive-level visibility
- Strong signal experience for VC, PE, consulting, or startup operator paths
