This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Maxwell, NM. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include resource allocation, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, monitoring project progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership to achieve project objectives and contribute to organizational success.
Qualifications- Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring project deliverables
- Experience with Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure timely procurement and delivery
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation
- Ability to conduct Inspection and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with teams and stakeholders
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is required
