Tasting Room Associate

Embudo Valley Vineyards –Embudo, NM

$18/hour | 3–4 shifts per week

Embudo Valley Vineyards is seeking a reliable, personable Tasting Room Associate to join our small but mighty team. This role offers 3 to 4 shifts per week in a lively, welcoming environment where great wine, conversation, and community come together.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, sharing stories, and creating a warm, memorable experience for our guests. Wine knowledge is a plus—but don’t worry, comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.

• Welcome guests and guide them through our wine offerings
• Share the unique story of our vineyard and wines
• Handle POS transactions with accuracy and a smile
• Keep the tasting room clean, organized, and inviting
• Support occasional events on or off site and help foster a fun, relaxed atmosphere
• Assist with light outdoor maintenance and care of the tasting room gardens
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs (wine cases, event setups, etc.)

• Friendly, dependable, and enjoys engaging with people
• Professional and punctual (a good sense of humor doesn’t hurt either!)
• Comfortable on their feet and able to work weekends
• At least 21 years of age
• Holds a current NM alcohol server’s permit (or is willing to get one—we’ll help!)

• $18/hour
