El candidato ideal tendrá una titulación universitaria en ADE o Económicas, nivel alto de inglés (C1) y entre 3 a 5 años de experiencia en recursos humanos, especialmente en diversidad. Se espera que lidere eventos relacionados y coordine el Plan de Diversidad y Equidad. Buscamos una persona proactiva con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipos diversos.
