Position Title: Lead Cook (All F&B Outlets)
Reports To: Restaurant Sous Chef
Supervises: N/A
Key Responsibilities and Performance/Behaviors- Ability
- Explain and demonstrate hospitality behaviors and performance standards.
- Identify resources needed to complete tasks to standard.
- Demonstrate technical skills required for kitchen operations.
- Show and explain the behavioral values and standards necessary for task completion.
- Take ownership of problems and solve them when solutions are not immediately available.
- Request help from others when needed to complete tasks or achieve goals.
- Doing and explaining IMGR&C products and services to others.
- Assist guests with directions or venue information; respond to comments/complaints promptly, professionally, and friendly.
- Performance
- Meet expected end results and standards in key responsibilities and SOPs.
- Respond to obstacles; find new ways to reach desired end results.
- In the absence of guidance, act and take charge to respond to guest or internal customer needs.
- Respond to change by applying talent and skills positively.
- Support achievement of quality goals; “Do it right the first time.”

- Inform supervisor of future absences as far in advance as possible.
- Required to work all Marketing Special Events and Concerts.

- Share information with next shift to enable their success.
- Listen to others without interruption; act on feedback when possible.
- Ask questions to better understand expectations.
- Report guest complaints and compliments to Supervisor or Manager.
- Report any resort or equipment issues not meeting standards to Supervisor or Manager.
