Position Title: Non-Gaming Revenue Auditor
Reports To: Revenue Audit Supervisor
Summary of Position: This position audits Non‑Gaming Resort generated source documents and summary reports from Non‑Gaming Revenue Centers. Their purpose is to record, detect, and report erroneous and possibly fraudulent transactions enabling management to make sound business decisions.
Responsibilities- Essential Duties include the following:
Other duties may be assigned. - Reviews all Non‑Gaming transactions in V1 and Agilysys and Sirius systems for accuracy and completeness.
- Reports all discrepancies, or errors to supervisory staff for correction, or adjustment.
- Maintains daily Revenue spreadsheet for input into the Financial Accounting system.
- Reconciles daily soft count cash drops to system generated reports.
- Maintains daily spreadsheet reporting all cashier over/shorts.
- Adheres to all regulatory, resort, departmental, casino policies and procedures, and to the Casino Internal Control Structure.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Education & Experience- High School Diploma or GED required.
- One year audited or related business experience required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and data‑entry required.
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work required.
- Demonstrated record of dependability required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
- Mescalero Apache Tribal preference.
- Bicultural experience preferred.

The noise level in the work environment is loud. The team member will be exposed to a second‑hand smoke‑filled environment, dust, cleaning solvents, compressed air, excellent to extreme weather conditions and high voltage electricity.
