Location: Puerto De Luna
A leading healthcare innovation firm is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing Engineer to oversee technical aspects of manufacturing processes in Puerto Rico. The role involves supervising engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's in Engineering and at least 8 years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies and a proactive approach to technical challenges are essential.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
