Raytheon’s Mission Capability and Verification Center (MCVC) located on White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), NM is seeking a Test Conductor Systems Engineer to join the Test Operations team. This role will support multiple programs in planning, preparations, and execution of range operations, ground tests,and Missile Flight Tests. This position is an onsite role located at LC-38 on White Sands Missile Range.
Some travel to remote and domestic locations – CONUS and OCONUS – will be required.
- Collaborate, schedule, prepare and conduct test activities at White Sands Missile Range and other Test Ranges in the United States and abroad
- Generate sand executes mission and hot firing procedures.
- Prepares documentation and reports for use by WSMR personnel and customers.
- Communicate and interface with contractors and government agencies to set up needed mission support.
- Adheres to and enforces security and safety policies
- Activities will be performed at various locations and will include working in remote environments with various live system elements such as radars and missiles.
- Some travel to remote and domestic locations
-CONUS and OCONUS to support program requirements, anticipated travel up to 20%.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience with radar integration and test.
- Experience operating Air Defense Missile systems.
- Active and transferable US Government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. US Citizenship is required, as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Experience as Patriot system operator.
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience with test operations, test plans, and test procedures.
- Experience working in a dynamic environment, where scope and schedule changes occur.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
