Raytheon’s Mission Capability and Verification Center (MCVC) located at White Sands Missile Range is seeking a Test Conductor / Systems Engineer to support multiple programs in planning, preparations, and execution of range operations, ground tests, and missile flight tests. This onsite role is located at LC-38 and requires occasional travel to remote and domestic locations.
What You Will Do- Collaborate, schedule, prepare and conduct test activities at White Sands Missile Range and other test ranges in the United States and abroad.
- Generate and execute mission and hot firing procedures.
- Prepare documentation and reports for WSMR personnel and customers.
- Communicate and interface with contractors and government agencies to set up needed mission support.
- Adhere to and enforce security and safety policies.
- Perform activities at various locations, including remote environments with live system elements such as radars and missiles.
- Travel up to 20% to remote and domestic locations (CONUS and OCONUS) as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with radar integration and test.
- Experience operating Air Defense Missile systems.
- Active, transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship required.
- Experience as a Patriot system operator.
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience with test operations, test plans, and test procedures.
- Experience working in a dynamic environment where scope and schedule change.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD – 131,100 USD. Compensation decisions are based on role, experience, location, and other factors.
