Family Medicine Enchantment

Overview

We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to lead our provider team of 7.

PMS providers deliver exceptional care to our rural community patients on a daily basis. It is PMS' priority to take care of you:

• 4/10ths schedule (4 - 8 hour work days with 2hrs allotted for travel if provider lives in ABQ or Rio Rancho)
• Sign-on bonus

• Lead and collaborate with a provider team of 7 to deliver high-quality rural care.
• Provide patient care in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine as assigned.
• Participate in administrative duties and scheduling within the built-in admin time.
• Uphold a schedule that minimizes on-call requirements (no nights, weekends, or calls).

• Required Qualifications:
  
  Graduation from a medical school approved by the AMA, AOA, or equivalent; or Diplomate of the NBME/NBOME or NBOME; or New Mexico Medical Board.

• License to practice medicine by the State of New Mexico
• DEA license and New Mexico CSR
• Medicare PIN and UPIN numbers
• Medicaid number
• Have or be able to obtain BLS/CPR or ACLS certification within 30 days of hire

• TB Test (and upon exposure in accordance with PMS Policies)

If assigned to the Checkerboard Area Health System (Cuba Health Center), this position requires successful completion of an initial post-offer of employment:
