Position Highlights:
Residency Teaching & Mentorship:
Guide and supervise residents in the Continuity Clinic, helping shape their clinical skills and professional development Academic Leadership:
Deliver engaging didactic lectures, participate in resident evaluations, and contribute to performance feedback and curriculum planning Faculty Development:
Collaborate with academic leadership on faculty growth initiatives and program improvement Administrative Involvement:
Take part in residency program operations, candidate interviews, and strategic planning Preference given to candidates with 2+ years of academic or clinical teaching experience Candidate

Qualifications:

Board Certified in Internal Medicine Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Mexico Passion for medical education, mentorship, and academic leadership Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
