Hashemi Eye care Neuroscience Institute& Research center (HENIR) is a busy, well-established neuro-ophthalmology referral practice in Southern California (San Fernando Valley). We are seeking a neuro-ophthalmologist with surgical interest in cataract surgery and/or oculoplastic surgery. Our practice has a strong referral base for complex neuro-ophthalmic disorders and is well-connected with insurance referral networks that can support a consistent surgical volume. We offer an efficient, supportive clinic infrastructure with experienced staff and management_ a positive, low hassle environment with excellent income potential and professional autonomy.
- MD with completion of an ACGME-accredited neuro-ophthalmology fellowship
- Board-eligible or board-certified in ophthalmology
- Surgical interest
- Comfortable managing complex neuro-ophthalmic disorders in a high-volume private practice setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; patient-centered approach and commitment to a positive clinic culture
- Ability to work part time or full-time with flexibility and reliability
- Professionalism with efficient documentation and collaborative care coordination
