Compensation: $200,000 - $400,000

• Provide general dental care to the highest clinical standards.
• Manage a full patient schedule with support from experienced assistants.
• Participate in treatment planning and collaborate on internal cross-specialty cases.

• Daily Guarantee: $950/day or 30% of adjusted production (whichever is greater for the first 6 months)
• After 6 Months: 30% of adjusted production

This role offers competitive compensation, including a daily guarantee of $950 for the first six months or an adjusted production rate of 30%, whichever is greater. With a full schedule from day one, you’ll have the support and patient flow to thrive both clinically and financially.
