Compensation: $200,000 - $400,000 potential

As an Associate Dentist, you will:

• Provide general dental care to the highest clinical standards.
• Manage a full patient schedule with support from experienced assistants.
• Participate in treatment planning and collaborate on internal cross-specialty cases.
• Engage with patients and families to build long-term relationships.
• Contribute to a positive team culture that values communication and shared growth.

• Daily Guarantee: $950/day or 30% of adjusted production (first 6 months).
• After 6 months: 30% of adjusted production.
• CE Allowance: $2,500+.
