• Annual Clinic Production: ~$700,000
• Payor Mix: PPO, cash pay, and ~30% Medicaid

• Deliver high-quality general dentistry across a wide procedural mix
• Treat patients of all ages with professionalism and strong clinical judgment
• Manage and grow an established patient base
• Ensure accurate and compliant documentation
• Collaborate with hygienists and support staff for smooth patient flow
• Contribute to the continued growth of the practice
• Actively prepare for future partnership by adopting a business-minded, ownership-oriented approach
• Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards

• Experience:

Base Pay: Guarantee plus % of production
