Social Media Manager

This role is focused on elevating the digital presence of a renowned restaurant group across the USA, with a primary base in Miami. The successful candidate will drive creative and disruptive content strategies for social media, ensuring the brand stands out in a competitive market. You will be responsible for capturing and producing engaging visual and written content, supporting the launch of new locations, and collaborating closely with the global communications team.

The position offers the opportunity to work on-site in Miami, with occasional travel to support wider US openings and campaigns.

• Develop and execute creative content strategies for multiple social media platforms, tailored to the US market.
• Photograph and film new content, including menu items, restaurant interiors, and special events.
• Edit and produce high-quality visual and written content for digital channels.
• Manage and update website and menu content to reflect current offerings and campaigns.
• Lead on client requests and coordinate with the global communications team for US openings.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize engagement and reach.
• Ensure brand consistency and tone across all digital communications.

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing, preferably within the food & beverage or hospitality sector.
• Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing (Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools).
• Excellent copywriting and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated creativity and ability to produce disruptive, engaging content.
• Experience managing multiple social media accounts and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.).
• Ability to work on-site in Miami, with flexibility for occasional travel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of current digital trends and analytics tools.
