What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead collaboration across cross-functional teams to align sales enablement requests with business goals
  • Orchestrate the curation and creation of advanced sales enablement content focusing on complex solutions
  • Define, implement, and maintain a library of templates and best practices for sales enablement
  • Develop and implement metrics to track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on analysis of metrics and feedback
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6-8 years of experience in sales, sales support, sales enablement, or a similar support role
  • Strong project management experience across diverse teams
  • Collaborative stakeholder management and alignment experience
  • Effective communication skills to foster trust and shared accountability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Deep understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles
  • Experience using sales enablement platforms such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Articulate Rise
  • Data-driven problem-solving approach, including measurement of impact
  • Flexibility in managing competing priorities in dynamic environments
  • Familiarity with AI capabilities to enhance enablement processes
