Job Description
  • Lead and inspire a high‑performing maintenance team to ensure plant operations run at peak performance.
  • Champion safety by enforcing EHS, OSHA, NEC, and NFPA standards through lock‑out/tag‑out, confined space entry, and arc‑flash protection.
  • Maximize uptime by planning and overseeing repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment upgrades to minimize outages and boost productivity.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing innovative maintenance strategies and equipment modifications that enhance reliability and efficiency.
  • Manage resources and projects, ensuring availability of tools, parts, and manpower; oversee contractors and lead plant projects from scope to completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and performance metrics to optimize operations.

  • Technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems (millwright, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, machining).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; ability to read blueprints and apply mathematical concepts.
Required
  • 5+ years of in‑plant mechanical or electrical maintenance experience.
Preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
