• Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals for the New Haven, Connecticut territory
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and build trust with key stakeholders
• Communicate patient-centered rationales for oncology products during customer engagements
• Analyze trends in a complex buying environment to inform sales strategies
• Develop and execute short- and long-term plans in collaboration with the local team and district manager

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
• Professional sales experience or work experience in the healthcare/scientific field, preferably with oncology
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight stays of 10-15%
• Residence within a reasonable distance to the territory
• Strong performance history in a sales/marketing or oncology clinical role

• 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
• Documented history of strong performance in a sales or clinical oncology role
• Experience with oncology field sales or clinical oncology
