At Westbrook Honda, we hire experienced sales professionals in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative team. We offer an excellent pay plan, including base pay plus commissions, weekly and monthly bonuses. This role is full-time with Sundays closed; major holidays closed.

• Approach, greet, and assist customers in the showroom or on the lot.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening.
• Explain product performance, applications, and benefits to prospects.
• Describe optional equipment available for purchase.
• Build rapport with customers and perform high-quality presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

• At least one year of sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales.
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections and negotiating pricing.
• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check upon employment.
