Overview

Join the Guitar Center team as a Senior Sales Associate at Store 523. The role pays $19.09 to $23.86 per hour plus commission based on experience and performance.

• Engage customers in a welcoming environment that inspires musical exploration.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross‑selling instruments, accessories, and recording equipment.
• Maintain expert knowledge of all product lines and share that knowledge with colleagues and customers.
• Build and nurture customer relationships, serve as a local community resource, and support teammates to become the go‑to music partner.
• Organize displays, restock shelves, and maintain store appearance in a music store vibe.
• Lead, mentor, and support fellow associates on customer interactions and operational tasks, including opening and closing duties as a keyholder.

• Strong passion for music and solid understanding of instruments and music products.
• Proven sales success with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilient in a fast‑paced retail environment with top‑notch organizational skills.
• Ability to influence teammates, inspire collective achievement, and drive performance.
