- Facilitate service concern resolution and act as the escalated issue contact for pharmacy matters
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
- Proven ability to manage client renewals with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time with little or no advance notice
- Experience with consultative client management methodologies
- Operational understanding of the PBM business model
- Strong presentation skills in group settings
- Self-motivated individual displaying ownership and accountability
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft programs
