• Negotiate single case agreements (SCAs) with behavioral health facilities and providers to meet urgent member needs
• Establish and maintain relationships with providers to support the employer’s national network strategy
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including Claims Operations and Clinical Operations
• Analyze financial and operational impacts of proposed agreements to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Draft and finalize contracting agreements that meet both internal and external expectations

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in provider contracting or behavioral health operations
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of policy and procedures related to behavioral operations and supporting operating systems
