Applicant Qualifications
- Completed two years of college credit (60 credits total)
- Hold an associate's (or higher) degree
- Passed the Para Pro/Para pathways Assessment within 90 days of start date
- Ability to work with children with multiple needs
- Capacity to implement lessons written by the Special Education Teacher
- Ability to work cooperatively with Administration, Regular Education Teachers, assigned Staff, and Parents
- Flexible, dependable, and responsive to new ideas and direction

Location: Catherine Kolnaski Magnet School
Start Date: ASAP
Hourly Rate: $17.42 per hour - wages in accordance with the CBA for the Groton Para educator Chapter CSEA/SEIU Local 2001
