About the Role:
Secor Subaru is seeking a full-time Automotive Sales Representative to provide exceptional customer experience and drive vehicle sales. Join a team that values excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with purchasing or leasing new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, technology, and ownership benefits clearly and confidently.
- Follow up with prospects to increase sales opportunities.
- Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Prior dealership experience preferred, but not required.
- Base salary plus commission.
- Industry-leading training and development program.
- 5-day workweek, closed Sundays.
